In January of 2010, the Braithwaite Fine Arts Gallery hosted an exhibit celebrating a local historic landmark called the Parowan Gap. Students, faculty, and community artists were asked to create works that celebrated this landmark and raised awareness of its historical significance. I was responsible for creating a poster, postcard, and advertisements for the exhibit.
The poster and postcard art features a set of vases created for the exhibit. I photographed the pieces to highlight their direct correlation with the Parowan Gap landmark and used those photographs in the final poster and postcard layout.
